MeetLife Bryce Delplanque

For its inaugural exhibition, Prima is proud to present the work of Bryce Delplanque. In this newly renovated space - 13 rue Notre Dame de Nazareth - a near-complete body of work that the artist has been developing since 2023 is being shown for the first time.

"MeetLife" is rooted in a bold and contemporary reinterpretation of still life. By subtly engaging with visual elements borrowed from artists like Fantin-Latour and Kuniyoshi, Delplanque offers a fresh perspective on this often underrated genre, transcending cultural and temporal boundaries.

It beautifully reflects the gallery’s philosophy: to support and promote a new generation of artists, while encouraging innovation and staying mindful of the fundamentals.
